Local bank transfers and Crypto transactions are not directly integrated into the checkout process. Therefore, please submit your booking using the enquiry form on the tour page, making sure to include the date you plan to participate. Once your submission is received, you will receive the booking invoice and payment instructions via email within an hour.
CANCELLATIONS
Confirmed reservations are eligible for a 48-hour grace period, during which they can be cancelled for a full refund. This grace period applies only to reservations made at least 7 days in advance of the participation date. Reservations made within 7 days of the participation date are non-refundable.
For booking amendments, we require at least 48 hours’ notice before the start time. We will do our best to accommodate amendments, subject to availability and other practical constraints.
BEFORE TRAVEL
You will receive instructions via email and social chat applications such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Snapchat, WeChat, or Telegram within 24 to 48 hours before the start time of the tour or transfer. You can specify your preferred communication method during checkout.
